Send us whatever you have, in whatever shape it is in. We move you from any system, spreadsheet or pile of paper, your data cleaned and migrated, in one to two business days. Every source is read against the others, and anything that does not add up comes back to you fixed or flagged.

Moving your market over is the first real work our team does for you, and the first honest evidence of what we are like to work with. Our job is to take work off you, not to add to it, so whatever shape your records are in, the cleaning is ours. Switching is only the first place you will see that.

The migration itself, from any system, spreadsheet or pile of paper, complex markets included, and then a walkthrough on your own data. You keep running as you are until you have checked it.
Comprehensive and unified
Spreadsheets, an export from your current system, a payment CSV, certificates in an email folder, last year’s site map, a binder photographed page by page. They arrive as one cross-referenced market, not six files side by side.
Errors fixed or flagged
We check the data as it comes in, correct what can be corrected, and write down what we could not decide for you. You get that list with the market, not from a vendor in March.
Months left on your contract are months free on ours
Three months left with your current provider is three months of Bluefield Software, free. We match the time you have already paid for, so switching never means writing it off. You move when your season allows, not when a renewal date says so.
Up to twelve months, on a contract with an established provider we recognise, agreed in writing before you sign.
